One cannot think of a more heavenly job than this: To study chocolate.

The Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at Cambridge University, the U.K., is looking for a “doctor on chocolate.”

They are expected to develop a chocolate that won’t melt in warm climates. And the sweet side of the work is that they will get to try as much chocolate as they wish.

The University says that the participant should have good mathematical skills in order to investigate why chocolate has a melting point close to the temperature of the human body.
